MANUKAU CLUB'S EVENT Tho Manukau Golf Club's Summer Cup competition, a six-round medal event, was completed during tho week-end and resulted in a win for J. Weaver with a not score of 50. The next best scores wero:—G. E. ROvoll. (57; R. J. Alexander, 58; K. Storey, 50: B. Stokes, 00. Tho club will open Its winter season next Saturday, when Canadian foursomes will be played, starting at 1 p.m. A four-ball tournoy will bo held on tho club's links on March 10. Entries closo with tho secretary on March 7.
