WAR-TIME RUGBY
AUSTRALIAN DECISION (Received February 27, G. 5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 27 The secretary of tho New South Wales Rugby Union, Mr. P. J. Noseda, Bald that his body had doclded to carry on during tho war period. Mr. Noseda added that ho expected the Rugby Union to have n busy season, with a possiblo visit from a Now Zealand side. A tour of New Zoaland was also likely. In an interviow by telephone last evening, Mr. 8. S. Denn, of Wellington, chairman of the New Zealand Rugby Union, said that there was no likelihood of overseas tours either to or from Now Zealand during the war period. No representations hsd been made by the New . Zealand union regarding oversions tours, and in his opinion there was ho possibility of such tours.
