HOUSE BURNED DOWN
OUTBREAK AT MANAWARU [BY TELEGRAPH OWN COMtF.SPONDENT] TE AROHA, Monday Fire destroyed the dwelling of Mr. Bert Hill, at Manawaru, on Saturday afternoon. There was no one in the house at the time. Two local residents managed to drag a few articles of furniture out of the house. They were also successful in saving a near by outbuilding. The house was owned by Mrs. Handley, of Paeroa, for whom Mr. Hill is a share-milker*
