CARLTON CROQUET CLUB
A farewell afternoon was given on Saturday to Mrs. Schubert, a member of the Carlton Croquet Club, who will leave Auckland shortly to reside in the Thames district.
During afternoon tea, Mrs. Perry, the president, expressed the „ club's regret at losing such a valued member, and. presented Mrs. Schubert, on behalf of the members, with an inscribed boudoir clock. Some beautiful bouquets were also presented to Mrs Schubert by club members.
