CHANGES IN WELLINGTON [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] "WELLINGTON, Friday It is announced that Archdeacon Hanscll has resigned from i;,he position of Archdeacon of Wellington. The Bishop of Wellington, the Rt. Rev. H. St. B. Holland, , has appointed Archdeacon Bullock, who has been Archdeacon of Wairarapa, to the vacancy. Bishop Holland has appointed the Rev. E. J. Rich, Yicar of Masterton, to be Archdeacon of Wairarapa.
