Mrs. H. D. Patts, of Henderson, has left for a visit to Wellington.
Mrs. Philip Redmayne, of Fielding, is staying with her sister, Mrs. James Griffiths, of Hamilton.
Miss Alice Makgill, of Great South Road, Green Lano, has returned from a short visit to Hamilton.
Mrs. L. F. Rudd, of St. Leonard's Road, Mount Eden, returned yesterday from a short visit to Hamilton.
Mrs. Joan. Cunningham, of Christchurch, who has been spending some weeks with Mrs. Drummond Holderness, will leave to-night for the south. Miss Moira Digges-Smith, of Wellington, who has Deen visiting Rotorua and Auckland, returned this week to the south.
Miss Paddy O'Connor will leave by the Limited express this evening for Wellington, where she will be the guest of Mrs. John Wiles.
Mrs. David Tate, who has been visiting the South Island, is spending a short holiday in Wellington before returning to Auckland.
Miss Susnn Banks, of Cambridge, who has been the guest of Miss Margaret Rcid, of Orakei Road, Remuera, returned home this week.
Mrs. John Helmore of Takapau, Hawke's Bay, is staying in Auckland with her mother, Mrs. Euan Dickson, of Portland Road, Remuera.
Mrs. L. A. Hoi ford (Taumarunui), Mrs. D'Arcy Smith, Miss D'Arcy Smith (Hamilton) and Miss A. Willey (Java) are at the Station Hotel.
Mrs. H. B. Free, of Church Street, Palmerston North, returned home yesterday after visiting her daughter, Mrs. Alan Graham, of St. Heliers Bay.
Mrs. John F. Ewen, of Remuera Road, who has been spending about 10 davs with her mother, Mrs. G. W. Mcintosh, of Wellington, will return home this morning.
Mrs, John Mackenzie, of Walter Peak Station, Queenstown, who has been the guest of Mrs. E. V. Tingey, of New Plymouth, is now on a motoring tour of the INorth Island.
Mrs. George Clarkson, of Helensville, will arrive in Auckland with her small daughter on Tuesday, and will spend a week with her mother, Mrs. G. B. Peacocke, of Onslow Road, Epsom.
Miss Shirley Watkins, of Mission Bay, is at present visiting Norfolk Island, where she is the guest of Mrs. Percv Dewry. She will remain on the island until after Christmas and on her way home will stay at Melbourne and Sydney.
Mrs. A. L. Stedman, of Woodley Avenue, Remuera, will leave on Monday for Wanganui to attend the wedding of her niece, Miss Joan Carey, to Mr Neil Hay Campbell, of Wanganui. Mrs. Stedman will stav with her mother, Mrs. H. F. Christie, of St. John's Hill.
Mrs Evers Swindell, formerly of Wellington and latterly of the Bay of Islands, where she was captain of the Kerikeri troop of Girl Guides, with her husband is staying with the latter s mother in Gloucester, England. Mrs. Evers Swindell before her marriage was Miss Baskett, of Heretaunga.
