PROPRIETOR ARRESTED REMAND TO AUCKLAND [nv TKLKfiHAPH —-OWN COHRF.SPONDKXT] HUNTLY, Thursday Developments in connection with the cafe mystery at Huntly took a new turn yesterday. The proprietor, Charles Kitchener Blackmore, who was found in the cafe on Tuesday morning in an unconscious condition, was arrested by Detective-Sergeant J. Nalder, of Auckland. Upon his discharge from the Waikato Hospital at 4.30 p.m. yesterday, Blackmore was arrested and brought to Huntly. He appeared to-day before Sir. E. J. Farreli, J.P., charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl of tho ,age of 13 years and 10 months. He was remanded in to appear at Auckland on Monday. No application was made for bail. • S
