TWO CARS COLLIDE

INJURY TO A NURSE BEACH ROAD ACCIDENT Head, injuries and slight concussion were suffered by a nurse. Miss Kathleen Violet Fletcher, of 134 The Drive. Epsom, when two motor-cars collided last night at the intersection of Britomart Place and Beach Pond. Miss I'lctchcr was a passenger in a small car and struck the windshield with her head. The driver escaped with only a slightly cut hand. Hio small car was extensively damaged. The engine was pushed back into the coacliwork and the bonnet was torn off. The front axle of tho other and larger car was twisted, some of the glass broken, and a running hoard smashed. The driver escaped injury. Miss Fletcher was taken to tho Auckland Hospital by a St. John ambulance. She was treated in the casualty department, and later discharged.
