PROGRESSIVE AFTERNOON The oflicinl opening of the St. Heliers Hay Croquet Club took place oil Wednesday afternoon. Among the visitors was Mrs. Keesing, president of the Auckland Croquet Association. The president. .Mrs. Moore, welcomed members and" visitors, and Mrs. Hrggs and Miss Appleyard played the first balls. Progressive croquet was played, trophies being won by Mrs. Wyiuer, Mrs. Collie, Miss Dette and Mrs. Manuel-.
