TEACHERS' ANNUAL EVENTS AUCKLAND AND WELLINGTON [ilY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] WELLINGTON, Thursday - Tho annual tournament between tho Auckn land and Wellington Teachers' Training Colleges was continued in Wellington to-day. Tho Rugby match was played on tho polo ground at Miramar in wet wriathor and resulted in a narrow victory for Auckland by threo points to nil. Althoughiboatcn in tho Rugby and tho men's and women's hockey games to-day, Wellington won tho boxing, .which was hold last night. Results woro:— Men's Hockey.—Auckland was vastly superior and defeated Wellington by 3 goals to 1. Women's Hockey.—Auckland beat Wellington by 3 goals to 1 after a fast and oven gamo. Boxing (Auckland names mentioned first). — Bantam-weight, Wilkinson lost to McCulloch; fcathcr-wciffht, Rodncrs boat Scott; lijshtwolght, McClue lost to Mullinder; welterweight, Pilo lost to Cohon: middle-weight, Manson lost to Todd; light-heavy-weight, Shaw lost to Bryers; heavy-weight, Clegg beat Schroodcr. Wellington won by 5 bouls to 2.
