CHATHAM CUP MATCH PROVINCIAL FINALISTS PONSONBY TO MEET HAMILTON The right to represent Auckland in the Chatham Cup competition will be disputed by Ponspnby and Hamilton Wanderers in the provincial final at Blandford Park on Saturday, the .game being the principal attraction on the Auckland Football Association's programme. Although the form of the Ponsonby side points to the local team having an advantage, Hamilton Wanderers aro reported to bo strong, and under cup-tie conditions may spring a surprise. ' Two combined championship and • Falcon Cup contests will bo staged. An interesting frame should bo witnessed in the meeting of Thistle and Abels at Devonpoit, while Eastern Suburbs should extend Y.M.C.A. at Western Springs. The North Shore-Onehunga contest at Onchunga will bo a championship fixture only, as will be tho meeting of Grey Lynn and Mount Albert Grammar Old Boys at Fowlds Park. Lower grade competitions will bo continued. Following are the teams:— Y.M.C.A. Ililliard, Moore. Swift, Bell, Sims. McMechan, Burton, McMurchy, Bennett, Shaw, McDougal.
