INDUSTRIAL COURT
SITTING IN AUCKLAND Fixtures were made at the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr. J. A. Gilinour, S.M., with the delegated authority of tho Arbitration Court, for sittings in Auckland. The fixtures mad© were for the hearing of a number of industrial disputes and miscellaneous questions, such as applications to strike out parties from disputes, to amend an award, for exemption, for interpretation, and apprenticeship applications. Fixtures were made up to the beginning of next month.
