( LITTLE RAIN AT APIA [from 001 l own* coiirksponuknt] APIA, .Tunc 22 lit the first two months of this year Apia had phenomenal rains, but there has been very little rain for the past two months, and the rivers are very Jow, in fact, some have ceased to flow, fhe grass in tho parks is very brown &nd feed for stock is becoming short*
