NOTES FROM KERIKERI
Tho formation of a sub-branch of tho Bay of Islands Bed Cross Society was decided upon at a meeting of women residents of Kerikeri recently. The offer of Dr. F. G. Foujore, of Kaikoho, to lecture on first-aid free of charge, was gratefully accepted. A successful fiance and games evening was held at the Cathay Theatre bv a committee of ladies to raise funds in support of the Riverview fairv queen candidate, Judith Duncan. The committee comprised Mrs. C.loorgo 'Thorpe, Mrs. A. Williamson. Mrs. H. Pickmore. Mrs. G. MoMillin and Miss 1. Aldcrton.
