BOMBERS MAY BE USED BRITAIN CONSIDERING LONDON, June 20 The possibility of using Wellington bombers to transport Empire air mails to India, Australia and Africa is being investigated, says the Daily Mail. Tho new Corporation which will absorb Imperial Airways Will immediately inaugurate a short-term jxilicy designed to make the best use of available machines, and it is recognised that mail carriers must be introduced to permit tho flying-boats to concentrate on passengers. Experts point out that Wellington bombers went to Australia in four hops and would also be strategically valuable in wartime. Tho Daily Mail understands that the Corporation will also work out a longrange policy involving huge marine and land aeroplanes of 10,000 horse-power operating new and old routes.
