"FUNZ-A-POPPIN"
TWO PERFORMANCES TO-DAY Pronounced by critics as one of the brightest revues to visit Auckland during the past few years, "Funz-n-Poppin" will be presented again nt afternoon and evening sessions at His Majesty's Theatre to-day. Heading the largo company, which is representative* of the gayest in variety entertainment -in the United States, is the fine comedian Bobbie Morris, principal of "Broadway Merry-Go-I?ound," while Boss and Edwards, of Ziegfeld fame, have gained themselves a high place in the appreciation of local audiences. The outstanding act of the revue, however; is that in which Salici's Parisian Puppets appearThese marionettes are so capably handled by thq five Salicis that it is often difficult to- realise that they are without life, and in their numerous sequences they do acrobatic feats, play the piano and even sing, tho operators' ifere showing that they have very pleasant voices. There are many other novel features, and altogether the revuo is bright and attractive. Details of booking arrangements aro advertised.
