RAILWAY OFFICERS
RETIREMENTS TO-MORROW 40 YEARS WITH DEPARTMENT [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Friday Having completed 40 years' service with the New Zealand Railways, Mr. A. TJrquhart, staff superintendent and general inspector at Wellington, will retire on superannuation to-morrow. He will be succeeded by Mr. A. J. Lcvick, at present assistant staff superintendent at Wellington. Mr. A. Clark, district traffic manager at Dunedin. will also retire on superannuation to-morrow after 40 years' service with the department. Mr. A. K. Hargreaves, district traffic manager at Invercargill, will succeed Mr. Clark at Dunedin.
