TROUBLE IN ULSTER ORDER TO I.R.A. UNITS "STRUGGLE APPROACHING" MORE BOMBING IN ENGLAND By Tftlegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received May 5, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 5 A proclamation read at an Irish Republican Army demonstration in Belfast last night ordered all Irish Republican Army units in the six Ulster counties to be in readiness to respond immediately to orders from headquarters, and arms and equipment must be ready. The civil population, it was Btated, would be given protection from military interference from Britain. The proclamation nddod that the strength, discipline and unity of the Irish Republican Army had made Britain withdraw the threat of conscription. A second bomb explosion in Euston Road yesterday morning blevr out the showroom windows in a motor establishment. A girl in a tobacco kiosk next door was taken to hospital suffering from shock.

Still another explosion occurred in a shop in Charing Cross Road. Two people were slightly injured.
