KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR
BOY'S LEG FRACTURED A fracture of the right leg and head injuries were suffered by Graham Steel, aged 7, son of Mrs. E. Steel, of 42 Fairfax Avenue. Penrose, when he was knocked down by a motor-car at the corner of Wall Street and Fairfax Avenue at 4.45 yesterday afternoon. The boy was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance and his condition last night was reported to be not serious.
