ITALIAN CONTROL
ALL ALBANIAN TRADE CUSTOMS AND CURRENCY NEW ECONOMIC CONVENTION LONDON, May 3 The text of the Italo-Albanian economic Customs and currency convention shows that Italy will practically have control of Albanian foreign trade, according to the Rome correspondent of the Times. Italian Customs laws-' and tariff will apply to Albania. Negotiations for new commercial and Customs treaties between the ItaloAlbanian Customs Union and third parties are entrusted to Italy, although an Albanian representative will participate. Italy will control all Customs houses. EX-KING OF ALBANIA ARRIVAL IN TURKEY ISTANBUL. May 3 Ex-King Zog of Albania and his party of 70, including his sisters, have arrived, and are staying at a hotel. Ex-Queen Geraldine and the baby are well.
