EXPULSION FROM BELGIUM (Received May 4, 7.30 p.m.) BRUSSELS, May 4 A German journalist, Herr Ehlert, is being expelled from Belgium in consequence of the Winterslag incident on May Day. When the commander of the local gendarmerie demanded the identity cards of .'3OO Germans holding a May Day meeting at Winterslag, in the Liege Province, one man retorted: "I am the German Consul. You won't have the right to demand identity cards much longer."
