NEW LEFT BLOC PLANNED (Received May 4, 5.5 p.m.) CALCUTTA, May 4 Mr. Subhas Chandra Bose, who resigned from tlie presidency of the Indian National Congress owing to a disagreement with Mahatma Gandhi, is forming a new left bloc within the Congress.
