RENEWED TENSION POLAND AND GERMANY "PERSECUTIONS" REPORTED TROOP MOVEMENTS DENIED (Received April 12, 7.58 p.m.) LONDON, April 12 The correspondent of The Times at Warsaw says the so-called PolishGerman minority tension has been given fresh prominence.
