EVE OF LONDON VISIT WARM WELCOME ASSURED (Received March 21, 6.5 p.m.) British "Wireless LONDON, March 20 Westminster and the City of London routes along which tho French President, M. Lebrun, and Madame Lebrun will drive during their State visit this week have been gaily decorated. The visitors are assured of a warm welcome when they arrive tomorrow.
That the visit of the head of a sister democracy should have fallen, in these critical days for the nations which prizo liberty, will invest the visit with an altogether special significance.
