'• ; 1 HAMBURG, Feb. 27 The owners of the German liner Kofenigstein-- have ■ instructed - the captain that if he cannot land the Jews on board at Venezuela ho is to return to Hamburg. ~ - , - On Sunday the ship called at town, British Guiana, where the cap-i tain, sought permission^to ,land, 165 Austrian Jews,' who wero stated to possess £6ooo' in cash and to have other funds available for settlement.; Permission was refused.
