POSITION UNTENABLE
CATHOLICS AND NAZIS AUSTRIAN CARDINAL'S VIEW VIENNA, Feb. 23 Roman Catholics state that Cardinal Innitzer may not return from Rome, as he feels that the position is untenable through the failure of efforts to create good relations between the Roman Catholic Church and the Nazis. Many orders of friars and nuns are being dissolved. Local groups of emigrating troops have been billetted at several convents.
