BOYCOTT VICTIM
ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON [iiv TKLEGRAPIT —PHKSS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Saturday The Sydney business man, Mr. Frank Goldberg, who was reported to have been refused service by hotel staffs in Wellington and Christchurch, arrived in Wellington from' the South yesterday morning. He said that the matter of his boycott by the Hotel Workers' Union, allegedly because of I'iisi activity against the Labour Party at election i;ime ; was in the hands of the Prime Minister, whose advice as to the legal aspect he was awaiting. He did not wish; to cause further difficulty by stating !)is side of the case before the result of Mr. Savage's investigation was known. Mr. Goldberg, who-is being accommodated, privately while in Wellington, said he was unable to give any indication as to his movements in tho immediate future.!
