Porter was charged in the Police Court on Saturdayj before Mr. T. Farrell and Mr. J. Morrisson, ..JJP.'s, with fighting in a public place, using obscene language, and resisting a constable. The accused, for whom Mr. Aekins appeared, was remanded .until to-morrow.
A young, woman, .whose name was suppressed at the request'--, - Aekins, was charged with disorderly behaviour'" in a public place and.with •using indecent language; She was remanded to appear on the same day on £5 bail, with one surety of £5.
