THEFT FROM A PLANT MONTREAL PUBLIC WARNED MONTREAL, Feb. 1® By means of radio, police broadcasts and newspaper advertisements the authorities have warned Ithe public to be on guard against- lib. ofbutter containing deadly thalium sulphate intended to poison rats, which was stolen from a fumigating plant. One bite would be fatal. There is no known antidote.
