200,000 PAY RESPECTS DIPLOMATS RECEIVED (Received February 17, 5.5 p.m.) * ; ROME. Feb. 16 It is estimated that 200,000 people to-dav visited the tomb of the late Pope Pius XI. < The congregation of Cardinals, at which 40 were present, received members of the Diplomatic Corps, who presented their condolences. New coins and stamps are being issued during the interregnum, and a medal is being struck.
