SALESMAN FINED £lO [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] BLENHEIM, Thursday A salesman, Mervyn Chell Wilson, of Christchurch, was fined £lO and his licence was suspended until May 31 by Mr. T. E. Maunsell. S.M., on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car between Seddon and Ward. The magistrate held that accused's condition on arrival at Blenheim had nothing to do with the affair. He accepted the evidence of witnesses who testified to accused's condition when on the main south road between the two townships.
