FOUR YEARS' GAOL TERM [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday On each of four charges of indecent assault on males, Wilfred Jesse Heaven, aged 36, hairdresser, was sentenced by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court to-day to four years' imprisonment, the sentences to be concurrent. Believed to have Pbeen drowned, Heaven, who failed to answer to the bail upon which he had been released, and whose clothes were found on the beach at Balena Bay, Wellington, some weeks ago, was arrested in Auckland on Tuesday of last week. He was remanded to appear in Wellington.
