CATHOLIC NURSES' GUILD

MONTHLY MEETING HELD About 60 members of the Catholic Nurses' Guild attended the usual monthly meeting held at the Mater Misericordiae Hospital on Tuesday, Mrs. E. L. "White presiding. Several new members were welcomed and the programme for the coming year was drawn up. The president welcomed the speaker of the evening, Sir Carrick Robertson, who gave an account of a trip taken from Sydney to Southampton over the Imperial Airways route. With the assistance of Mr. Kelvin Cult, Sir Carrick showed several interesting moving pictures taken at various stages on the journey, interspersing his descriptions with many humorous anecdotes.
