Honey Pot and Great Gem did not move off correctly. Neon Oro and Winhisway were the first to show out and through the' straight Winhiswa.v was clear of Lady Keller, Rey Ola, Auto Bingen, Tsana, Sweet Aloes and Gipsy light. With the exception of Rey Ola, who had moved into second place, there was little change in the order as they went past the half-mile. Turning into the straight, Rey Ola ran past Winhiswa.v and went on to beat him cosily by two and a-half lengths. Auto Bingen was a length and a-half away third . with Tsana fourth. FINDING AVAILABLE TO-DAY Following the withdrawal of Don Walla from the first division of the Waiheke Handicap at the Auckland Trotting Club's meeting on Saturday and the return of the investments on the horse, the judicial committee at once began an inquiry into the circumstances which led to such action being taken by N. Cunningham, the owner and trainer of the horse. At intervals throughout the afternoon, the committee devoted its time to the hearing of evidence and a further four hours was spent on the case on Monday, an adjournment being taken to allow of further evidence being hoard at the racecourse yesterday. Evidence having been completed, the full committee reviewed the case for two hours following the last race and an announcement was then made that a finding in due form would be available to-day.' Tho stipendiary stewards, Messrs. J. S. Shaw and A. Commons, were in attendance.
