DEATH BY ASPHYXIATION
[>Y TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] HASTINGS, Wednesday An inquest into the death of William Laurence Stoddard, aged 33, of Hastings, who was found in a gas-filled room on February 10, was held before the coroner, Mr. G. Ebbett, to-day. In evidence. Stoddart's mother revealed that ho had been involved in an accident two years ago, and since then had been haunted by tho fear of insanity. A vordi'ct of suicide while in » depressed frame of mind was returned.
