RECALLED TO ITALY
ORDERS TO CRUISERS SOUTH AMERICAN VISIT HOSTILE DEMONSTRATIONS Independent Cable Service (Received February 15, 5.5 0.m.) ROME, Feb. 14 It is announced that the Italian cruisers Eugenio di Savoia and Duca d'Aosta have been ordered to return home directly from Caracas, Venezuela, because they have completed the main part of their goodwill mission to South American Republics. It is believed, however, that the recall of the vessels is due to the hostile demonstrations at C'osta Rica and Panama, plus the fact that Italy wants the full strength of her navy in home waters during the present international
