BILL PASSES COMMONS (Received February 15, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 14 Replying to the debate in the House of Commons on the Czecho-Slovakia Financial Assistance Bill, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir John Simon, said Czecho-Slovakia might have to deal with 186,000 refugees, 150,000 of whom were Czechs who would be settled in Czccho-Slovakia. The bill was read a third time without division.
