FASHION FANCIES
This business of dressing the hair on the top of the head one day and down the back of the neck the next daunted the hatmakers until one fell on the magnificent idea of hats that let out. Now you buy berets of velvet or suede or velveteen with head fittings which button to what size your curls require. Charm jewellery and the use of chatelaines hung from the waist are all part of the Edwardian tendency which has been sweeping the fashion seas. The rage in New York is for what is called "Pocket-Money Jewellery," a chain from which coins are hung. Not only are there coin bracelets, but also the dog-collars are made jrith jow& jofceoins.
