Heath, tho State Forestry Department's lookout at the look-out station on the top of the Bainbow Mountain, about 20 miles from Jjotorua, on Boxing Day, when a bullet fired from a heavy calibre riHe shattered one of tho windows of the small hut in which he was sitting.
