PRISONER RELEASED LONDON, Dec. 21 After writing an apology from gaol, Frank Harrison was released by the judges at whom he throw tomatoes. The remission was granted owing to it being Christmas. Harrison, after the rejection of his application for a new County Court trial, returned to the Court of Appeal as the judges were departing and flung tomatoes at Lord Justices Clauson and Goddard. He was sentenced to six weeks' imprisonment for contempt of Court.
