MAINTENANCE BREACHES
I TWO MEN IMPRISONED THREE-MONTH TERMS IMPOSED [from our own correspondent! HAMILTON. Tuesday A sentence of three months' imprisonment was imposed on Frank Tully, of Hamilton, bv Mr. S. L Patcrson, S.M., in the Hamilton Police Court, when he appeared on a charge of failing to observe the conditions of a main> tenance order. It was stated the accused was £7l 4s in arrears with his payments and had appeared* in Court in October on a similar charge. He had then been ordered to come up for sentence if called upon in six months. A similar charge was preferred against Archibald Campbell Fox (Mr. K. L. Sandford), who was also sentenced to three months' imprisonment. It was stated that the accused was £l4 in arrears of maintenance to hii wife and £27 7s in respect of his children. It was also alleged that tho accused had lived in Hawera under a false nanje and that the police had had considerable trouble in locating hiin.
