THREE GOLFING BROTHERS
Three golfing brothers, W., F. and E. Bulger, had a day out when the New South Wales State professional foursomes title was contested at Bonnie Doon. The first two tied with E. Cremin and W. McKenzie in the title event, and E. Bolger and 0. Pick> worth won the handicap decided in conjunction. 'J'he latter pair finished third, with 147, three strokes behind the leaders. Heavy rain in the morning considerably hampered the players. Accordingly the winning pair[s figures of 144 were more than satisfactory. Last year's winning combination, Nor* man von Nida and S. Biehardson, was broken when Biehardson contracted influenza, and von Nida partnered 0. Gorman, a young assistant. They finished with 162 after dropping six strokes on the last holes in the morning round.
