SHIPPING AND RAILWAYS ORDERS FOR BRITAIN (Receiver! December 5, 5.5 p.m.) ISTANBUL, Dec. 4 It is reported that £1,819,000 of the British credit of £10,000,000 is being tie voted to tho purchase of 11 mercantile steamers from the firm of Swan, Hunter and Wigham Richardson and £1,500,000 to the purchase of 41 English locomotives and 200 freight cars.
