FRANCE EMBARRASSED SEAMEN'S STRIK£ CONTINUES MANY VESSELS HELD UP LE HAVRE AND BOULOGNE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Independent Cable Servico (Received December 5, 11.15 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 5 The seamen at Le Havre voted for a continuation of the strike, which now affects six liners as well as other ships. A deputation from the strike committee has gone to Paris to ask. the Minister of Marine, Viscount Louis de Chappedelaine, to withdraw the warrants against the strike leaders. Thirteen cargo vessels are held up at Boulogne as the result of a dock labourers' strike, declared when the owners refused to reinstate nine of the men who went on strike on November 30. The dockers and seamen on strike at Le Havre total more than 5000. Over 20 steamers are held up.
