AIR DEFENCE PLANS
FRANCE AND BRITAIN MINISTERS' VALUABLE TALK LONDON, Dec. 4 The Secretary of State for Air, Sir Kingsley Wood, on his return to London to-day, said he had had a long and valuable talk with the French Air Minister, M. Lachambre, on subjects of mutual interest. He had returned strengthened by a determination to see British defences capable of exerting an influence more effectively toward peace.
