PIG-IRON FOR JAPAN
REFUSAL TO LOAD PORT KEMBLA WORKERS SYDNEY, Nov. 20 The waterside workers at Port Kenibla have reaffirmed their decision not to load pig-iron intended for Japan. The Federal Cabinet has decided that if the workers do not resume loading by December 6 the Government will apply the licensing provisions of the Transport Workers' Act. This will mean that all waterside workers will have to be licensed, and that if they commit any industrial misdemeanour their licences will be cancelled.
