ORPHANS' CLUB

YEAR AT HAMILTON [from our own correspokdext] HAMILTON, Friday An increase of 20 members was recorded in the report of the Hamilton Orphans' ' Club, submitted to the annual meeting. Sir Alexander Young had been elected a life member, it was stated. The club paid 15 visits to other clubs, and nine visits were received. The standard of programme submitted during the year was high. A profit of £lO was made on the year's workings, while funds in hand totalled £63. The election of officers resulted:— Guardian, Mr. R. R. Paterson; president, Mr. H. J. Baker; secretary, Mr. J. D.
