DECISIONS OF THE COURT A' sitting of the Supremo Court to deal with bankruptcy matters was conducted by Mr. Justice Fair yesterday. Discharge subject to a suspension of three months was granted to Stephen Henry Bevan, of Wellington, elecl trician (Mr. Newbery).
