NEW ZEALAND CUP [by telegraph—own correspondent] PAEROA, Wednesday The first round of the New Zealand Croquet Cup competition was played yesterday, when members of the Paeroa Club met the Thames Cluo at Paeroa. The visitors won by 3 games to 1.
