[BY TELEGRAPH —-PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday Although the district agent for the "Happy Days" art union has not yet received a claim for the first prize of £2OOO, the holders of the winning ticket are believed to be Mrs. S. T. Poulter, of Bryndwyr, and her married daughter, Mrs. Simpson, who lives at Weedons. The ticket, No. 39789, was bought under the nom-de-plume of "Mum and Me."
